Please text 404-578-8898 with questions.New Crate Engine 360 CI, New 4-speed manual transmission. Reliable truck; no A/C so not a daily driver in Atlanta.
Fires up, sounds awesome, drives great. No power steering.
My thoughts on condition on a 10 point scale:
Hood and Fenders: 6 or 7. Some dents (fenders) but small, Hood really good, one dent on center ridge; small and pretty ez repair. I think hood is original.
Cab: Interior is an 8. dash is outstanding. floor pans good. Seat, windows, doors all good. windows need rubber.
Doors: maybe 6. only issue is rust at bottom of doors. It's not obvious thru rust paint; still decent but its there.
Bed: Overall: 5. The bedsides and wheel wells are 7 with dings on topside, minor dents on exterior sides. I don't think any thru-rust. The bed is serviceable but rust is 100%. Tailgate is good to go though obvious replacement.
Chassis: 7? still strong. the brackets that hold radiator are rusted but not compromised yet.
Electrical: Installed new heavy grounds to block, and from frame to cab, frame to bed. Bingo, everything works.
You can do a brake job, install a radio, replace wipers and drive just fine. Definitely "restorable" to whatever level you want. I bought for my 15-yo son to "work on" and drive at 16. Between heavy clutch and no power steering it's not making me comfortable...I will get a call that he ran into someone. Link below to cold start video and pictures. Please text me for setting up a call. Thanks
