1960 Ford F100 292 v8 All Original, Truck has been restored as in it's running good and drives down the road good. Still needs a little TLC to be a daily driver, although I have been driving it daily around the golf course, about a five miles without issues. Has original keys including door key. Has original motor and transmission. Transmission is a Rare Automatic, most of these old trucks are manual 3 or 4 speeds. This is a Ford cruise o' matic 3 speed automatic transmission. It will always start out in second gear unless you put it in low. The manual states low is for taking out tree stumps. It shifts effortlessly. I've found it works best starting in low, once you shift to drive just leave it there.Then just drive it. Where should I start. It has new gas tank, new gas line all the way to the carburetor. The carburetor is the original Holey and has been rebuilt twice no issues now. New fuse bank installed under the hood. Electric fuel pump installed with a dead switch controlled at the dash. New chrome valve covers, new points, condincer, new distributor cap, new plug wires, New plugs, new 12v coil, new chrome air Filter, Installed new Cab roof top driving lights added, New Extra High beam fog lights installed hidden behind the grill along with new super bright white driving lights hidden behind the grill as well. Both of these lights are controlled at the dash. Under dash lights installed in the cab. new Lights installed under hood to light up engine compartment. Cab was stripped and given several coats of new Raptor protective coating. New custom fit black plastic headliner installed. New sun visors, new New glove box liner and new spring for the glove box door installed. new firewall installed. New hoses from heater to under dash defroster, Installed New two tone seat cover Turquoise, New 3 point harness turquoise seat belts, new knobs for the dash, new headlight switch, new in cab dome light. New instrument cluster face plate New shocks all around, new tie rod, new front disk breaks with new duel master cylinder, new back breaks, new break lines, new Tires, new beautyrings and 4 period correct hubcaps within 3 years. fresh paint on all frame metal under the bed,underside of fenders all treated with rust reducer paint, No rust problems, light surface rust no panels will need to be replaced 163,000 original miles, There are dents and dings on every panel related to years of active use. The motor was rebuilt about 5000 miles and 27 years ago. non opp 27 years. New AM/FM stereo, new CB radio. new CB antenna. I have 1/2 gallon of the lunar green paint left. The motor, transmission, and radiator have been flushed and new fluids replaced in all. The truck sat for about 27 years and after i replaced all the stuff around it and flushed the fluids it started right up and runs great, I've been driving it about five miles a day without issues however the motor has developed a slight exhaust leek lately and I'm not well enough to fix it and I don't have the funds to fix it. The manifolds have hairline cracks now and every time you run it the loader the leeks get, that's why I stopped driving it, the manifolds will need to be replaced. Lot's of potential in this truck no bad rust spots, all original!
