This 1962 Ford Galaxie is a classic piece of Americana. The owner has had it for a year and it's a great addition to any collection. The vehicle is drivable and is mainly used for weekend drives. The color is white and the title is clean.

Vehicle Details

1962 galaxie hardtop 2 door. 352 auto

The good

352 engine all stock. Runs good.

Automatic c6 trans shifts good and firm.

Bucket seat car. Seats are in very nice shape. Center console car (check eBay for what the center console sells for alone) body is very clean and solid underneath and all over. Does have some ehh work on the rockers that rocker moldings cover.

The car is a nice driver car. It's still in the last stages of what I would call project car. Needing minor tweaks

The bad

The shifter linkage is wrong and needs the correct one. You have drive, reverse, neutral. But it's not the correct one for the car.

The previous owner had a slight mishap and put the car in reverse with the door open and took off the door and damaged the front fender. I have the old door but I think it's to damaged to fix but it has the mirror, handles, etc for a new door.

Has a slight rolling idle, either needs the carb tinkered with or a vaccum leak.
