This 1940 Ford coupe has a beautiful restoration, and it has been in our family for over 30 years. It has been carefully maintained and garaged ever since we have owned it. The car has its original straight steel body and all of its correct pieces. The car is rust free as it has been in a climate-controlled garage. The handsome car was refinished in Maroon, a '40 Standard Ford color, and trimmed with outstanding chrome/stainless accent pieces. Car is very complete, sound and a great driver.
The interior is also meticulously restored. Everything looks truly authentic – grey cloth upholstery, stunning dash, correct instrument cluster, all of the correct knobs/buttons and good clear glass – all showstoppers. This 1940 coupe has a 350 engine and an automatic transmission with a Mustang 2 front end. Has Vintage Air A/C that comes with the car, but it has not been installed. It also has an additional Bob Drake dash that is in its original box.
