1964 Ford F-100 Hot Rod Rat Rod 5 Speed 292 V8 Additional Info:

1964 Ford F-100 short bed (6.5’) pickup which is all steel and painted in a mat black finish. The body appears to be solid with no evidence of rust, bubbling, or ‘bondo’. Aftermarket LED headlights were added, and all the glass appears to be in good condition. Passenger window still has the remains of adhesive tinting.

Power comes from the original and rebuilt 292 cu. in. ‘Y’ block Ford engine which was rated at 160 h.p. This engine has been upgraded with an Edelbrock 600 cfm carburetor, aluminum intake manifold, electronic ignition, new fuel pump, aftermarket headers, and custom exhaust which exits on the side. A new gas tank and sending unit have been installed in the original stock location behind the front seat. Estimated mileage on the driveline is approximately 4,000 miles.

What is also unique to this Ford is the T5 Borg Warner 5-speed manual transmission which shifts smoothly and uses an “Indy” shifter.

The suspension is stock except for 4-wheel power disc brakes and the 20” American Racing wheels with 255/50 front and 285/50 rear Toyo radial tires.

The interior has new bucket seats and seatbelts with shoulder harnesses. Dolphin gauges all function and help monitor the temperature, fuel, oil pressure, and volts. The AM/FM/CD player works and comes with additional speakers.

Additional parts included with the F100 are the 4 original wheels with ‘FORD’ caps and lower blocks for the front and rear (3” & 4”).

All exterior lights and turn signals work, the truck drives great, and has a clear Maryland title. The owner is selling it to complete another project.
