It was positioned right below the Ford Crestline but above the Ford Mainline. The wraparound windshield, curved rear glass & unique grille gave the Chevy Bel Air a run for its money on all fronts! At any rate the 1952 Ford Customline has finally begun to get its props due "especially over the last couple of years". To be quite frank "Hemmings, Federation International and several other authorities have ranked the first generation Customline as the next upcoming blue chip investments!More about this particular jewel:The vintage Blue Oval pictured above has only been in the hands of a few owners. It was actually presented to me by way of a good friend. The car has obviously been restored & sheltered throughout its lifetime.To begin: This specific model is donned in a jaw dropping shade of erubescent red!!!Everyone who comes in contact with the car absolutely LOVES IT!The incarnadine hue displayed on each panel simply beams in direct sunlight! However, at dusk the mask transforms into more of a cranberry complexion. Nevertheless the total picture harkens back to a time when craftsmanship was honored & design reigned supreme. A captivating (slate gray) interior awaits the occupants.The soft smoke colored upholstery bestows a subtle tone from all angles.Without buttons, leather or simulated woodgrain an elegant feeling is still given once inside.
