SEE MY PHONE NUMBER AND 125 PHOTOS ON MY WEBSITE WWW.PETESCLASSICCARS.COM DALLAS. TEXAS , NO FINANCING. I FOUND THIS 1934 FORD CABRIOLET OLD SCHOOL STREET ROD THAT WAS FEATURED IN STREET RODDER MAGAZINE IN JANUARY 1977. IT WAS IN STORAGE OVER 20 YEARS. BUILT BY KEITH CRIST FROM CHAMPAIGN ILLINOIS IT IS AN ALL STEEL HENRY FORD BODY .KEITH DID ALL THE WORK EXCEPT THE INTERIOR THE CAR HAS NOT CHANGED MUCH SINCE IT WAS BUILT AND HAS ONLY 19511 MILES. POWERED BY A FORD 302 V-8 WITH A CRANE JUICE CAM AND A C-4 AUTOMATIC. A PAXTON SUPERCHARGER GIVES IT LOTS OF POWER. IT HAS CHROMED JAGUAR FRONT AND REAR INDEPENDENT SUSPENSION WITH DUNLOP /JAGUAR 4 WHEEL DISC BRAKES AND A CUSTOM STAINLESS 27 GALLON GAS TANK. ALS AN ACCEL IGNITER AND 600 HOLLEY CARB. THE INTERIOR IS ORIGINAL DONE IN 1976 WITH BUCKSKIN NAUGAHYDE WITH HAND SEWN VELVET ACCENTS AND STITCHED MURALS .IT ALSO HAS A TILT AND TELESCOPIC OLDS TORONADO STEERING COLUMN. THE INTERIOR HAS HELD UP WELL AS HAS THE CONVERTIBLE TOP AND GLASS. THE STEEL BODY IS PAINTED CANDY TANGERINE WITH BLACK ON THE STEEL FENDERS. THE FRAME AND ENGINE ARE PAINTED LEMON PEARL. IT ALSO HAS A RUMBLE SEAT AND A CUSTOM CHROME/MESH ROCK GUARD. THE CAR HAD THE REAR SPARE MOUNT REMOVED BUT I HAVE IT, TITLED TO THE FORD FRAME NUMBER. THE PAINT ON THE BOD HAS AGED AND IS STARTING TO CRACK . THE BLACK FENDERS ARE DULL. THE FRAME PAINT IS PEELING IN SOME PLACES. I CLEANED SOME OF THE CHROME SUSPENSION BUT IT NEEDS A GOOD UNDER BODY DETAIL. . AFTER SITTING 20 YEARS, I GOT RUNNING FORM THE FUEL TANK. IT RUNS WELL . IT RIDES GOO, BUT DOES NOT STOP. I DID NOT DO THE BRAKES. I DID PUT ON NEW COOPER TIRES. NO TRADES.
