Up for Sale is a 1966 Mustang Coupe with a V8 289 motor and a manual 3 speed transmission. Car comes with a New York Transferable registration (Same as a Title for older NY Cars) with 94,416 miles on the odometer. The car is a true Barn Find that was picked up in northern New York. Based on the information obtained the car had been stored in an old Barn for the last 40 years, since 1983.The car sat in an old barn since 1983 and never moved until recently when the car was picked up. There is rust around the car and under the car. Floors as shown in the pics seem to be intact with the exception of the toe front pieces.In the interior all seats, door panels, and interior panels and dash appear to be intact and seem to be in a decent shape considering the condition of the rest of the car.The motor seems to be intact and may be the original 289 motor with a 3 speed transmission.The Transmission shifts and in Neutral the car rolls fine to move it.Selling this car AS - IS and as you see in the pictures. Although this appears to be an original car with original motor, transmission and rear end the car needs a full restoration. Not really sure the extent of the damage of the body or the condition of the motor and any other mechanical components therefore you must assume the worst.Please see the pics and feel free to ask any questions you may have as this car needs everything!Buyer is responsible for making shipping arrangements but I will be happy to work with the transportation company hired to load and have the car shipped.
