First year of the factory F350 4x4. Has the desirable high pinion Dana 60 front axle. The truck has the Explorer package and is also a Camper Special (sway bars, heavy duty springs). It also has the somewhat rare tilt steering wheel and the factory locking hood latch.
The truck has been parked outside for a number of years. Because of this, the engine is seized. The truck rolls but obviously does not drive.
There is some rust from sitting. The front of the bed is rotted out and there are some small holes in the floor pans. There is also some rust at the roof gutter and above both the rear window and the windshield.
This is definitely a project truck but I’d like to see it get back on the road. I’ve debated taking the front axle for my highboy but would prefer to keep this rare truck whole.
