1970 Ford Mustang fastback Additional Info:
RELISTING DUE TO A BIDDER WHO WON THEN WOULD NOT RETURN MY E-MAILS OR CALLS PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU PLAN ON COMPLETING THE TRANSACTION IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 10 FEEDBACK CONTACT ME FIRST BEFORE BIDDING OR YOUR BID WILL BE CANCELLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NO RESERVE,
NO RESERVE, NO RESERVE, WHATEVER THIS CAR BRINGS IT WILL SELL FOR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!this is a 1970 ford mustang sportsroof fastback that I purchased to restore. I purchased it without seeing it first and since it was from down south I figured it would be rust free or have very little rust. I was wrong it has all the usual mustang rust plus for some reason the roof rails were rotted out and around the rear window was rotted as well, so the first step was I located a good roof with no rot in the rails or around the rear window and had it shipped to me 1500.00 total cost there. then I had it changed at a body shop 500.00 there they cut the old one off and put the new one on front windshield has been fitted and it fits great quarters were welded back on until decided weather to repair old ones or replace them. I also purchased a new passenger side fender apron because the old one had a hole in it under the battery.they removed the old one and put the new one in place and welded it. I then purchased new dynacorn floor boards for both sides and larger dynacorn inner and outer wheel wells for the car so i could fit bigger tires under it. those new parts are included but have not been put in yet. so you can put the bigger wheel wells in or get some stock ones to keep it stock if you wish the old ones are still in the car but not welded to roof yet because i was going to have the bigger ones put in. the car still needs restored like I said roof is on and new apron is on. thats all I have had done. includes the new dynacorn floors for both sides new dynacorn inner and outer wheel wells. I also purchased a used original ford traction lok (posi) rear pumpkin center section for it that is included. there were a few boxes of parts that I got with it that are shown in picture on tarp that comes with it also. no engine no transmission included I have what is on the car and in the pics of parts and the rear pumpkin I bought and some other parts and brackets that come with it. remember there is still rust and rot in most normal mustang spots see pics but some parts are pretty solid like rear frame rails see pics and shock towers except where someone cut out holes for grease fittings. has a real ford shaker hood on it but its rusty underneath.this was a manual stick shift car.the title is not salvage I just dont have one for it and ebay has no space to mark it as such. this car has been off the road for years and is clear so a title is easy to get. remember this car still needs completely restored and has its good and bad point so bid accordingly.I have over 4000.00 invested in this but need to sell so my loss is your gain, being sold with no reserve so bid to win. e-mail me with any questions. On Jun-04-16 at 19:08:57 PDT, seller added the following information:
ok i had a bidder who wanted to turn this into a 1969 mach 1 clone so we agreed on a buy it now price and I went out and purchased a nice used 1969 tail light panel, a pair of 1969 b pillars ( they dont have the black plastic grill in them like the 1970 does but otherwise are the same ), the skeleton inserts that go into the quarter panels for a 1969 so the scoops can be mounted in them, and a few other 69 parts, this bidder has also disappeared and wont answer my texts or e-mails so I am throwing all of these parts in on the deal also.e-mail me with any questions.
