Up for grabs today is my 1973 Ford E-100 Custom SWB window van. It has its original 302 v-8 engine and C-4 tranny, a non-working but complete factory AC system, the heavy-duty brakes option for E-100 vans that order the tow package, all new power steering components and completely rebuilt front end (kingpins, bushings, coil springs, isolator pads, inner/outer tie rods, drag link, PS pump, power cylinder, lines), Rebuilt rear end will all new bearings, races, gaskets, axle seals, both universal joints in the driveshaft and new rear brakes. The ignition is an original serial number #C4 (1964) v-8 breaker point that has been upgraded to a Protronix Ignition system. A remote oil filter system was installed using AN-type fittings but there is a drip coming from one of the ends.
The exhaust system is shot; the entire system has to be replaced. The body is very rough; only a master sheet-metal person and/or a well- equipped body shop will be able to bring her back (see photos for rust damage). This would be a great source of parts if someone bought a clean ‘stripper’ van from out west and wanted to equip it will all the power options. There is a HUGE folder of receipts for all the parts and work I have done over the past 10+ years owning and driving it. I had been using it as a tow vehicle for a small race car but have moved on to a larger and newer van to do towing with so the Ford has to go.
Along with the van is an ENORMUS collection of van parts that go with the van (an entire shed full of hard to find van parts; many small parts like lenses, trim pieces, door&hood hinges, doors and sheet metal, glass, a 1972 302 spare engine with 40k rebuilt miles on it, plus lots more I'm forgetting). THE PRICE IS FOR THE VAN AND THE PARTS; THERE IS NO SEPERATION OF THEM. THEY ARE A PACKAGE DEAL. DON’T BID UNLESS YOU CAN TAKE IT ALL.
The van is still registered and insured for the road so delivery is possible to within a reasonable distance from current location.
. Bid with confidence; seller has great feedback for selling quality used gear at fair prices. Thanks for looking!
