Up for sale is 1959 ford thunderbird with a record of 2 owners this car is really special due to it being 90% original and also having the super rare J code 430ci big block! only 1,168 were made with the 430ci engine this car retains 90% of its original doeskin beige paint we believe the door was spotted in years ago along with the fender this car was NEVER wrecked we believe it got keyed way back in the day and the original owner painted it and did a wonderful job and looks great by todays standards really hard to spot and difference the interior is all original except for the carpet which we replaced the dash seats and headliner are 100% original to the car the previous owner claims he purchased the car from the original owner in 2014 the car was sitting in a garage since the late 60s the previous owner then took it home got it up and running it has new brakes and a new gas tank which was installed in 2015 and in late 2016 he rebuilt the motor and never installed it the car sat for another 3 years until i found it i had the motor re freshened up with all new gaskets and a brand new eldelbrock 650 CFM Carb the carb is the exact match to the original it has really rare options including power windows and power leather seats that all work properly only non working thing is the radio still have the original carb wheels and hubcaps the car runs and drives excellent with no over heating issues no shakes shimmys glides down the freeway and shifts beautifully the car only has 66,303k original miles this is as original as they get finding a 61 year old car with original paint and interior is almost un heard of now a days this car has been a local car its whole life it sold new at wendell ford which is still in buisness today! this is a well preserved survivor they're only original once this is your opportunity to own a beautiful 50s classic normal auction rules apply $500 deposit required immediately after wining the auction full payment must be completed within 7 buisness days of winning the auction please do not bid on my auction if you do not have any intentions of buying this vehicle youtube walkaround here>>>>>>>>>>>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2uqKBtOs--E&t=2s
