1929 Ford Other Pickups Roadster Additional Info:
Up for auction is this awesome '29' Ford Roadster pick-up! It is real 'eye candy' and a cute and mean looking little rig. 350 Chevy V-8 out of a 1980 Corvette! It runs great- loud and fast! 4 barrel Edelbrock Carb. 700R automatic transmission with 9" Ford rear end. BF Goodrich tires are new, 165/R15 Front and P285 70/R15 rear. It has open headers for the loud option or has end caps that can be bolted on for a quieter exhaust sound. Dual exhaust mufflers up underneath - all new. This is a recent build with about 500 miles on the rig. It is very well and professionally built. It has a custom built frame with all steel tub & box. 10 gal. bullet aluminum gas tank. A box directly behind tank houses the battery. It has suicide doors that is tight to get in & out. I am 5'10", 185lbs and get in & out just fine. It has nice aluminum rims. It has very large headlights off an antique fire truck! It has a new aluminum radiator with electric fan and allows it to run very cool. It has a tubular front end. It has nice sharp turn radius, nice model a radiator shell, nice big winged radiator cap with fake moto-meter. It has dolphin gauges. The speedo needs to be hooked up along with oil pressure. The amp meter and temp. gauge work. It has a very nice custom painted dash. The 4 wheel disc brakes work good along with headlights, blinkers, brake lights and tail lights. It has a nice 'ahooga' horn that blows loud. It has custom interior with cow-hide and saddle stirrups on the door panels that look cool! No wipers and no top--sunny day truck. The truck has the cutest little steel custom box with a very nice new wood floor. Contact me early to discuss this street rod and could send video of it running and driving. I've driven this street rod a lot in the past month with no problems. I did notice some tranny fluid on the floor so it has a small leak. It has been 'outrageously' fun and exciting cruisin' in this cute/mean little street rod. It really gets attention everywhere I go. I really am going to miss this little rig, however, it must go. I am positive the new owner will love it as much as I have. I possibly would consider delivery for a fee within 300 miles.
