1932 Ford Other Roadster Replica Additional Info:
This 1932 Ford Highboy Roadster Replica has a terrific street machine look finished in a mean matte black. But all you have to do is dig a little detail to discover this is also a detail-oriented build that includes proper V8 power, a well-coordinated color combo, and four-wheel disc brakes.
The first impression this hot rod instantly convey is the paint quality. Matte black is the kind of color that looks like it's out to consume all the light around it, and so it works perfectly for this custom build. After all, this may be a lightweight fiberglass body, but the clean lines and satin finish give it looks like it was forged from stone. There's a hint of brightness on the waterfall grille, bumper bars, and the classic-style hub caps. But the real standout color are those fiery red/orange wheels. It's a color theme you'll see throughout. In fact, it's part of the custom pinstriping on the front and rear.
This is a true roadster that's meant to be open to the world. The gray upholstery give this a hint of distinction from the black exterior, but the piping done to match the red wheels makes sure to really connect this car inside and out. There are more thoughtful details, like how the seat design wraps around the interior, and the pattern on the seat inserts is repeated in the matching doors. This has a street machine attitude that warrants a bare-style interior, but they also made sure not to leave out the driver from consideration. That's why you have nice extras, like a Lokar floor shifter, crisp gauges, and a sports steering wheel on a tilt column.
The engine bay is just as clean and well-done as the rest of the build. It's a tidy setup with cool details like the air topper and valve covers done in an exterior-matching matte black. This 305 cubic-inch V8 looks like it has been given a recent tune-up. Plus, it has nice upgrades, like a Holley four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock Performer EPS, and shorty headers. There are even the right supporting components, like an MSD ignition and an electric fan. It fires up nicely, and drives out smoothly as the three-speed automatic feeds a Ford 9-inch rear. The undercarriage has a clean look where you can spot the strong frame, polished four-link front end, four-link rear w/coilovers, and four-wheel disc brakes.
This highboy has a true midnight appeal and plenty of thoughtful touches. So you know you need to get your hands on it right now. Call today!!!
