1968 Ford Mustang Additional Info:
This is my 68 Mustang project, I bought the car in 2009 with the intention of restoring it. I drove the car into my shop dissassembled it, replaced the floorpans that were bad replaced the radiator core support and panel in front of the passenger side front tire (the one where the battery mounts). I removed the cowl and replaced the sheetmetal underneath (This is my third 60s mustang and i didn't want the leak problems that i had on my previous ones),then i installed custom subframe connectors. After that i started on the body work. the roof is very solid, the quarter panels i put lower patches in on both sides, but didn't like the results, so i ordered new quarter panels(not installed). While waiting on the quarters i ordered everything else i could think of to complete the project. there is a picture of the receipt for those parts. I have all the glass for the car. the engine runs well and the transmission shifts out nicely(it did when i removed them in 2009)They have been stored in my shop since removal. The exhaust is decent the brakes work. it is a really solid project that i have spent around 7k on the car and parts(not counting labor), but i just haven't been able to make time to finish it. Feel free to ask any questions. I have many more pics and can get closeups of any area you are interested in. i do have a clear Louisiana title for the car. Car is for sale locally so i reserve the right to end the auction early. NO RESERVE!!
