1966 Ford Galaxie 500 7 Litre 428 2dr HT Additional Info:

1966 Ford Galaxie 500 with the 7 Litre 428 V8 under the hood. This is also equipped with forged pistons and rods, engine is bored 40 over, Ford police aluminum intake, cast iron "R" code headers, and roller cam. This is an original 7L package car (63D code on door tag) and has been held to high standards by the previous owner to look just as it did out of the factory. This car underwent a full frame-off restoration in 1999. Finished in the original color scheme of black paint with red pinstriping down the sides that flow very well with the redline tires and Ford wheel covers. Paint is in great shape and shows well against the chrome and brightwork that are in equally nice shape. Paired with that 428 is a 4-speed manual transmission with a 3:25 gear ratio. Interior is also in black with leather bucket seats. Some things added to the interior include: era-correct tachometer and aftermarket gauge cluster mounted under the dash. Door cards, seating, carpeting, headliner, and dash are all in nice shape and are just in nice of shape as the exterior. Great running and driving Galaxie 500!
