1928 Ford Model A Beautiful wood trim, blonde. Additional Info:
This vehicle should be transported in an enclosed trailer. That would be up to the buyer. Outside rear wheels measure 88 inches in total. One could put smaller tires on rear for transport. I do not have an extra set of tires for the vehicle. Car is in excellent condition. Ride is very firm with 4 inch drop front axle, has coil overs in the rear. All the lights work, Am/fm radio in dash, gauges, electric seat for the driver. Turn signals. Bright bright head lights and running lights! Tilt out front Model A windshield. No wipers. Windows up and down with handle. Leather seats ( no rips ) for both driver and the passenger. NO AC/HEAT OR POWER. This car runs cool all the time. Has electric fan/aluminum radiator, it remains cool at a long idle. Overflow tube. Tilt steering wheel. Beautiful steering wheel. Beautiful dash and interior trim. Nice floor boards. KEEP IN MIND THIS IS NOT A BRAND NEW WAGON, BUT IT IS IN WONDERFUL CONDITION. Four of these were built and this one is the only one remaining. This 350 is so powerful that it will lift the front end off the ground ( If you really need to do this ???? ). I did it once ! Everything is chromed. Tires are in new condition. Small spoke rims in front with 20 inch wide rims in the rear. Crager polished rims. Bright ! No curb rash. Tail gate drops and rear window gate lifts and can be locked into a secure position. 20 gallon gas tank/battery available via tailgate and rear window. Glass ( all windows ) are heavily tinted but legal. More like smoked. Speaking of smoke, there is none from the throaty side pipes/engine. Cam makes a great sound. If you need attention, this car will do it. It also always wins a trophy. Study the photos.
What is wrong with Wagon ? It has a small transmission leak. About the size of a dime after long runs and usage. Brake fluid reservoir is difficult to get to. New owner could drill the floor board for easy access. No back seats. Has wood bench in the rear. Hard seat w/o cushions. Vehicle needs AC/Heat if it is headed south....but with all the windows down it is pretty cool.
Reason for selling: I am 78 yoa, 6-1, cripple, fat and I have a difficult time getting in and out. I can do it and I do. I have two other buckets that I drive often. This car will make a fine addition to a car lovers collection. I am open to a reasonable offer. I have some wiggle room. BUT IF you make an offer and I accept, you cannot then tell me you are just kicking tires.
