About this vehicleThis 1951 Ford f8 is an original. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle needs work and is mainly used for weekend drives.Seller's NotesThough this is a project, it won't take too much to get going. Just far too big of a truck for me to tackle at this point in life. This truck will need to be hauled away. Sorry, unknown weight.Exterior51F8 project truck. It sat in my garage for over 7 years as our family went through health issues. Now it won't start. Will turn over, not locked up. Over 7 years ago, it ran good. All lights worked. Has air brakes. Brake pads on rear are like new. 6 new tires with no miles on them. The paint and clear coat have some runs. Paint has been stripped by the gas filler neck on the passenger side of the truck. The wrecker is a 3 ton hand crank Weaver winch is from the late 20's to early 30's. Sling and the grab hook chains are in working order.Gas tank leaks at the brass fitting coming out of the gas tank under the truck. In cab gas tank. 9 gal if I remember right. Has no air filter. Never found one that worked.
