1924 Ford T-Bucket Additional Info:
This 1924 Ford T-bucket has an iconic and well-coordinated look. Plus, with 389 Pontiac dual quad V8 power there's plenty of extra speedy distinction.
This one gets the classic details right. The shining motor is set back in the frame; the two-piece windshield has a distinct and upright look; and those classic slotted mag wheels are staggered so you have skinny tires up front and plenty of rubber in the rear to showcase where the power meets the pavement. The brown paint is a thoughtful package that has plenty of tasteful tan pinstriping on the cowl, door, and rear. This matches the padded rear deck to showcase extra planning that went into this build.
Because a T-bucket is open to the world, the full color theme is continued inside. The same vinyl used for the rear deck is part of the custom bench seat that has a wraparound tuck and roll style backing. The dash is done in the exterior brown, and the matching tan pinstripe returns. Plus, it gets the classic hot rod details right with a tall four-spoke steering wheel, squat Lokar shifter, footprint gas pedal, and a dash dominated by all those Stewart Warner readouts.
With the engine out for everyone to see, it's great to have one as distinctive as this. After all, there are plenty of these Ford-style machine with blue oval power or Chevy small blocks, but rarely do you see a 389 cubic-inch Pontiac motor. Not only will you love talking about having a GTO-style motor, but also it looks great with the shining components, mirrored firewall, big air grabber, and the Mickey Thompson valve covers that are accented in orange to match the block. More than just look great, this also has great power. It's a Blueprint 389 motor with upgrades like a tunnel ram intake and two Holley four-barrel carburetors on top. And the headers feeding directly into the side pipes means you get a thunderous growl of power. The TH350 three-speed automatic transmission feeds the Pontiac rear end on its way to those wide Mickey Thompson Sportsman tires. You even have the convenience of front disc brakes.
Complete with build receipts, this T-bucket has a strong feeling that comes for a powerful V8 and a solid construction. Don't wait on this quality build, call today!
