1969 MACH1 428 CJ, R CODE, 4 SPEED, POSI, VERY SOLID BODY!

1969 Ford Mustang MACH 1 Additional Info:

You are looking at a 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 Factory R Code 428 Cobra Jet 4 Speed. The car was factory Winter Blue with Black Interior. The car is a 1 of 1 according to the Marti Report and a very rare color. This body is from West Virginia, and I was told the body was sitting in a warehouse for 20+ yrs.

no motor or transmission, no bucket seats. What you see is all you get!!!

the best69 Mustang I have had. The car has its factory Door tag, windshield tag, buck tag, and fender apron stamp, ALL ORIGINAL SHEET METAL ON THIS BODY!
The car is very solid like I said and only has a couple minor rust spots. The car has factory front power disc brakes, and power steering.
Rearend: 3:25
31 Spline Nodular intact and complete.
Interior:
The Dash is complete with the tach cluster and steering column and wiring etc. The front seats are missing but the rear folddown seat is there and complete. Look at the pictures in the photo album for a complete interior view.
Body:
The body of this car is really in excellent condition. When I got the car it was bare metal so I sanded it down and put some primer on it. The only rust spots I saw are under battery apron corner of frame rail and radiator support see pictures, and a couple in the passenger side front floor pan, and under the quarter end cap on the passenger side there is a small spot of rust. The tail light panel was hit lightly and has some filler. The rest of the car is in exceptional condition.
The frame rails front and back are great. Torque boxes are great, driver floor pan is solid, rockers are solid, trunk floors are solid, shock towers are solid, windshield channels are solid. This is an extremely solid car and if you dont believe me please come and see for yourself.
The car does need paint and body work. This car is an anomaly like some others I have had as it only has one reinforced wrap around shock tower. Now before you starting saying that cant be right, think again. Ford did this on many vehicles so please research it before sending me a message asking about it. These shock towers have never been changed I can guarantee that.
