I have absolutely one of the finest unrestored 64 Galaxy 500 XL four-door hardtops in existence. This car just come out of a private collection that has been stored properly for several years. Yes the bucket seats and console are a factory option and very unique, back then it was a family vehicle with a sports car package and very hard to come by now!! It has most of the original paint and shines very nice although it is 55 years old so not perfect it has a couple thin places and a few little nicks and chips that you would expect for the age! All the stainless and chrome are original and unbelievably nice and shiny! The X code in the Vin number tells it is a factory 352 4 barrel with an automatic transmission and this car is whisper quiet and shifts like a brand new car, a real pleaser to drive! The interior is 100% original including the carpet/headliner and is in mint condition not even any cracks in the Dash pad. All rubber seals the door, trunk, roof rails and glass seals are original and not brittle like most cars are at this age. The undercarriage is rust free and as dry as a bone. The Inside of the trunk is absolutely like new also and dry with no rust issues ever.!! The glass is super nice no scratches no cracks and no smoked edges. The air conditioner is ice cold, you cannot run it on high speed or it will freeze you
