Historic 1940's SCTA Southern California hot rod roadsterThis is a rare opportunity to own a legitimate famous early Southern California hot rod that was not only raced on the dry lakes but also at Bonneville.This is the Crawford Stroner 32 roadster built in 1946. It is extensively documented in many publications. Car was completely restored by internationally renowned restoration shop in Deland, FL and remains in show condition. It has won awards at Amelia Island and been on the show field at Pebble Beach. Ken Crawford put his stamp of approval on the car and he really got even more excited when he reached under the tonneau cover, turned the ignition key and the car fired. He said “you even put the ignition switch exactly where it was when I built it" The interior and trunk are also done as original.The best coverage on this car is found in the Rodders Journal Issue #51, 14 pages, and 2 liners in the back. This car was the first Hot Rod featured in a national publication, September 16, 1947 of Look Magazine.
