1946 Ford Other Pickups Additional Info:
1946 ford hot rod. This is a one of a kind custom truck. It has alot of detail quality work put into it. Truck has a chevelle sube frame under it with power disk brakes power steering and coil over shocks. Truck has a 9" posi traction rear end. Bolt pattern is 5x4.5 all the way around. Has American racing wheels with pretty new tires. The motor is a 302 out of a 1970 tarino has about 57000 miles on it. Pretty stock motor. Was told it had a rv cam but I am not sure. Transmission is a c4 automatic with ginnie shifter. Has emergency brake and everything works. Truck has a rebuilt radiator out of a mustang 2 with a electric fan. This truck is 100% reliable it has autometer gauges that all work including gas gauge. It drives down the road at 75,85 with no issues. I am not sure on the gearing in the rear end but I would guess 373. The inside is nice and everything is functional wipers heater lights turn signals. Has a tilt steering column out of a Camaro. This truck has had the battery relocated to the bed of the truck. Has a old school tape deck in it with a couple speakers in the top of the cab. Truck is a older build and the paint is not perfect. It has a couple scratches. Truck is a driver. This truck has won car shows before. To the best of my knowledge it was built in 2009. The tail gate has been custom made and welded in. It does not open. Truck has a bed cover that fits really well and looks good. Does not mess up in the wind either. There are a couple things that could use some attention on this truck. The brakes are very touchy. When you press them u stop on a dime. If you're not used to them it's quick stop. That's the only thing that I can think of that needs worked on. Or just get used to it and drive it. Clean clear title in hand! Very cool fun reliable hot rod. Call Nic with any questions. 406-498-0582
