1967 Ford Custom 500 Additional Info:

1967 Ford Custom 500 2 Door sedan – fully restored/resto mod

1967 Ford custom 500 completely redone. Please read on to see everything done which is everything possible to restore and restomod this great car. Nothing needed except some gas to go cruising. Less than 200 miles since completed.

White exterior with blue and white interior.

Original 289 V8 engine is completely rebuilt with a polished performance intake, Holley 4bbl carb, hot coated headers, chrome air cleaner, new alternator, MSD coil, all hoses, wires, belts and accessories are new. Aluminum Ford valve covers. Radiator is re-cored and new battery. Engine and all the parts are cleaned and painted.

Original Automatic transmission completely rebuilt with column shift.

Wilwood front disc bakes, drum rear brakes which are new. Power master cylinder is new. New suspension parts, shocks and the car is lowered.

Dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers and rear side exit chrome tips.

New fuel tank and fuel lines.

17 inch Ridler wheels and tires – new. 225/60/17.

New Ididit Tilt column and new steering wheel.

New front and rear bumpers. The original grille and trim is all in great shape along with the glass moldings. New wipers.

The side molding was removed before paint and holes welded properly.

The body work was done by an expert metal worker and is extremely straight and no bondo. No rust anywhere.

No rust underneath and the suspension is cleaned and detailed to include POR-15 paint. Undercoated where it had factory undercoating.

The paint work is new and is a urethane. Everything is painted in white being outside, under hood, trunk, door jambs. The paint is a good driver quality. It shows very well and there are some spots of orange peel and a couple runs which are hard to find.

The engine bay was cleaned and painted.

The interior is all new in white and blue with grey carpet. Sport bucket seats. Door panels, seats, carpet, headliner, dash is covered and all new. Chrome door sills are new. The trunk is also upholstered with panels to trim it out nicely. Seats are very comfortable and all the upholstery work is done at a high level. Custom console with cup holders. Instrument panel in perfect shape and repainted/detailed.

All new handles outside, being Door. New outside mirror. Inside handles in great shape.

New rubber everywhere – door jambs, trunk, hood bushings.

All the glass is good.

This is a great car which is ready to go with nothing else needed. Always stored inside. These mid 60’s car are desirable, especially with the stacked headlights, it is a 2 door V8 car and is completely done.

I am asking what I think is a reasonable price just to pass it on to someone who will drive it and enjoy it. Clear Indiana title in hand.
