1967 Ford Bronco Additional Info:
If You've been waiting for the right Bronco project You've found it! Unfortunately for health reasons I have to part with my 1967 Bronco before I could finish it. This Bronco is truly RUST FREE and is only one of two that I've seen in my life that were truly rust free. It was originally an Arizona Vehicle and was garaged by the previous owner and has always been garaged since I've owned it. The only thing left to do is fix a few dings and paint it. All of the body panels are original to the best of my knowledge except for the two front fenders. The panels haven't been aligned yet just hung on the body for transport. The panels that were painted bright red were all media blasted to check for rust and filler and then primed and painted with some spare paint we had just to keep them from rusting in storage. No body work has been done so that you can see how straight and rust free they are. There are some previous mirror holes and spare tire carrier holes that were welded up and then filled that will need to be bodyworked but other than that it is all very straight for a 52 year old truck.
Most anything you would want to do to a Bronco has already been completed for you. The engine is a 302 that was completely rebuilt, balanced and blueprinted with an RV cam, Edelbrock intake, Demon carb, Mallory ignition and all new accessories. The transmission is a Ford AOD automatic with overdrive that uses an Advance Adapters kit to mate it up. The transmission was also professionally rebuilt with everything new inside using mostly Red Eagle parts. The engine has less than 5000 miles on it and the transmission has zero miles. It has had a 4" James Duff lift kit installed, new wheels and tires, power steering, power brakes, front disc brakes, aluminum radiator, ceramic coated headers, Magnaflow exhaust, Flaming River tilt steering column, Painless Wiring Harness, Custom Built front and rear bumpers with swing away tire mount and high lift jack mount on the front. The bumpers have recesses built in for 4" round LED lights. I also have a ton of new and used parts that will go with it including stainless removable door hinges, a spare uncut dash, a spare wiper motor and linkage, new Bushwacker fender flares, All brand new fasteners for the whole truck from "Totally Stainless", a custom built DOM front driveshaft, heater core and box, a ton of small parts like emblems, latches etc. I think I have every part to finish this except for the windshield, door glass and window regulators. Any nut or bolt that has been touched during the build was replaced with stainless or grade 8 hardware where appropriate.
I'm sure I'm forgetting a ton of stuff. If there are any specific questions you have or if you would like any close up photos of any particular area please just ask. I posted as many photos in the listing as eBay would allow.
I have well over $30,000.00 invested in this Bronco but unfortunately I just won't have the time or money to finish it as I focus on my health. Rather than just let it sit around I would rather see someone else be able to finish and enjoy it. If you have ever built a Bronco before you know how valuable it is to find one that needs no panel or substructure replacement. Unless you own a body shop that is usually the most expensive and time consuming part of the build. This would be a great Bronco for someone who has always wanted a nice solid one or would be an easy flip for a shop looking make a quick profit. THIS IS NO JUNK!
Back to the health thing..... I was diagnosed with Cancer last year and have been spending most of my time and money going through Chemo, Radiation and Surgery this year. Please keep this in mind when bidding as this is part eBay auction and part charity auction to raise money to continue my treatment and support my family since I haven't been able to work for some time.
If your near the Denver CO area I encourage you to come by and see the Bronco in person. You won't be disappointed.
Thanks for looking and happy bidding!
