Up for bids is a 1973 ford ranchero with 400M and C6 tranny, Has decent body for its age with small dents from use, previous owner practiced primering it and shot primer on top of original gold color with run offs, paint job is amateur. runs and drives but the motor needs rebuilt, car will come with a 400 m block that has been machined with new sleeves and rotating assembly already installed, new owner just needs to remove heads,intake.water pump and front assembly and install in the rebuilt block for a rebuilt motor, see pictures for details.
Motor actually runs fair, can go without rebuilding...i figured out the noise from the motor was a loose part that vibrates when motor runs. I tightened the alternator bracket and noise went away...i will still include the rebuilt block in the auction just in case winning bidder wants a back up motor....
