For sale is my 1967 Ford Mustang Coupe Luxury Edition. This is a super interesting car with low miles. Now, I cannot prove obviously these are the original miles... I have had several Ford experts and Mustang experts look it over and give me their opinion. We found the original carb tag and discovered it is the original carb, as well as engine tag etc. We did extensive research on the car, it was produced in San Jose.
It has the 65B package for "Luxury" interior that includes the upper map lights and console that runs the length of the roof. Upon exit the steering pops over to the left like the old Bel Aires used to for easy exit which is really neat. Color Code is "I" for Lime Gold, it was produced in August of 1967 with the C4 Automatic Transmission.
The car has the 289 V8, Manual windows, locks etc. NO AC. It is literally exactly how it came out of the factory still, its possible a re spray was done at some point but I cant be sure. Ive driven it a couple of times in the few years Ive had it, it drives down the road 0 problems. Engine feels strong, suspension feels good, no leaks I can see (It sits in a climate controlled building with my collection, never noticed anything leaking) overall very solid. Someone put in a CD player, luckily the factory radio is in the trunk, it can be sent off to be refurbished, I just never got around to doing it.
I've decided its way unfair to the car not to be driven and enjoyed so I've decided to part with some of the cars in my collection. I will accept offers but I know what I have so please don't waste my time. I also have more pics and videos of me starting it etc. that are available upon request. I have clean title in hand.
Now the obvious, no trades, no lowball offers. If the car needs to be shipped (I've done it several times buying cars, its easy and Id be happy to help out. The purchaser is responsible for arranging and paying transport fees, I will work with you to make it as easy as possible. The car is also available to look at locally too.
