One look at this 1931 Ford Sedan Delivery, and you know it's real purpose now is to haul more than cargo. It's a Model A on the outside, but within it is the sleek look, upgraded suspension, and enhanced V8 power of a true street machine. There's no question that this sedan delivery has an instant presence. The Race Red paintwork has the kind of gloss that looks like the whole body was dipped in candy. Fiberglass fenders... help disguise the modern rubber on the 15-inch wheels, but the rest of this car is all steel. So it's a stout and distinct low mileage build. And this is the right place to make a solid investment in a street machine. These had a cool "shorty" look where the fenders extended past the body. And to that there are terrific custom touches, like the chopped body, forward-leaning stance, and removable steel hood side panels for whenever you want to show off the motor. Even the rear cargo door even has a hidden electric popper to keep the smooth look all the way around the body. The interior has been fully customized to take this from an industrial vehicle to a comfortable cruising machine. It starts with two tan bucket seats that offers supple materials and the kind of comfortable bolstering you expect in a brand new car. This coordinates nicely with the tan on the door panels, dash, and carpeting. Even the rear cargo area is finished to match, so it's great to show off no matter if you're tailgating or just want to make it your mobile trophy case. More than just extra comfort, this has been upgraded to be a true driver's machine. That means a grippy Grant GT sports steering wheel, crisp gauges, and the center of the dash dominated by an AutoMeter Auto Gauge tach w/shift light. The engine bay has extra flair on the air topper, valve covers, alternator, pulleys, and even the firewall, but really, you know this was built for power. The 350 cubic-inch V8 has go-fast goodies like a Holley four-barrel carburetor, performance intake, and Hooker ceramic-coated header feeding a rumbling side-exit dual exhaust. It's a nice power package, and so the rest of the car was upgraded to make the most of it. That's why you have a strong TH350 three-speed automatic transmission feeding a stout Ford 9-inch rear. Up front the suspension is a Mustang II-style independent unit w/disc brakes, and in the rear are radius rods on adjustable coilovers. A cool street machine in a steel-bodied Model A Sedan Delivery. This is a true head-turner, and it's ready to run right now. Call today!!!
