1928 Model A Pickup Frame Off Restored, Great Condition, Sharp Little Pickup.

1928 Ford Model A Additional Info:

Originally from Montana. The Model A started it's restoration in 2004. They bought 4 brand new steel Fenders. New tailgate. New heavy duty radiator at a cost of $600. Radiator shell is new. New wood for the top and the covering. All new glass, New gauge set, new interior, both mirrors are new, I have a pile of receipts to cover everything that was bought right down to all the gaskets around lights. Headlight reflectors are new. Lights work off the new switch in the steering wheel. Steering wheel new also. Brake light works. Engine was rebuilt at a cost of $3,700 in 2017. At that time transmission was rebuilt with new gears. Brakes were also checked over. Last owner said he drove the little pickup home 300 miles at around 55 mph. Things that aren't original to the A are the points which are from the newer Fords from the 70'S. They still are in the original distributor so everything still works the way it did. Wheels are from a 30-31 A that were powder coated. Has a 6 volt alternator. I'd say this A was completely tore apart before painting. Underside is painted black. Has a exhaust heater on the engine. This is a very nice little pickup. Look at the pictures and ask questions. I'd like it paid for within a week. Pickup is sitting in a garage about 50 miles from location advertised. Zipcode is 56650 for location. We'll have it out and running for transport to pick it up. Pickup can sit in garage until you can arrange shipping as long as it's paid for.
