For sale is a very nice 1966 Ford Galaxie 500. This car is a 2 owner vehicle that has been in Virginia it's entire life. The car is garage kept and has been it's entire life. The car runs and drives very well.It has: new points, condenser, cap and rotor, wires, rear wheel cylinders and lines, front brake hoses, starter solenoid, fuel pump, Almost all of the electrical gauges and options work, the radio and heater both still work and work very well, The wipers work very well.The car was painted in the mid 80's, but the paint is still in solid condition.The gas gauge and the clock do not function, along with the windshield washer. All of the exterior and interior lights work.The car is fitted with 4-way flashers and they all work.The car does have a Magnaflow glasspack installed in place of the original muffler. This gives the car a good grumble, but does not deafen the people in the car. There are a few minor cosmetic things that could be attended to in the future. The driver's side arm rest has cracked and separated and needs to be replaced. The carpet on the drivers side also has a few tears from age. The rear seat needs to have a seam re-sewn. The car also has some minor bubbles on the bottoms of the doors.The trunk has no holes and is 100% solid, so are the floor pans.The car also comes with extra aluminum side trim, and the ORIGINAL SET OF LICENSE PLATES!The car could use a tune up, as it hesitates when you hit the gas, but overall the car drives very nicely. I have driven it on multiple tours and trips and it did very nicely. I drove it as a daily-driver while my daily car was in the shop and it did phenominal!This car is sold AS-IS with no warranties.
