1966 Ford F100, Custom Cab LWB
Arizona body is straight with very little bondo, no thru rust although surface rust from sand blasting is present. Doors shut nice like they should, not a worn-out old work truck, it’s ready for a make-over. Truck has sat albeit 10 years, there’s no engine or radiator (was a 352V8), Transmission is a Ford 3 speed with functional column shifter. Previous use involved towing hence the add-on over-load leaf springs & 2 extra gas tanks, 1 tank has been removed & 2 tanks still in truck with nasty old gas inside. Right door has a crease but 2 good doors (R & L not shown) will go with truck. All the side trim strips were removed & saved (see photos). “F-O-R-D” letters, “Custom Cab” & side “Twin I Beams” emblems are missing. The windshield was replaced about 5 years ago. Tires are old & outdated but still holding compressed air on American alloy wheels. The 3.25 third-member was removed but a 3.5 is available and will go with the truck. Note: Right front hub has loose wheel studs, hub needs replacing. MUST BE TRAILERED OR FLAT BED TOWED.
