1978 Ford F-250 Lariat Additional Info:
Seriously strong runner, that was well maintained and not worked hard at all. If your looking for a highboy, (In my opinion, mechanically this is what you want) dana60, clean differentials, good u-joints, and tight gears. And other then the bed change, unmolested. Serious piece of mind in a 41 year old antique, if your wanting to put detroits, or air locks, or up your gearing for big tires and crawling, etc. Another sign of everything, and it's treatment over it's life span is this....All the glass is original and flawless. Windshield, back and sliders, sides, & wings. Even mirrors! First one I've heard of that had all original glass. No oil leaks, or classic big block oil consumption. Low mileage. I would trust it to drive anywhere, right now!
