Vintage Hot Rod 1956 Ford F100 pickup. Always garage kept ! This is Imron point, hard as nails & has been on this truck for 40 years ! While many features were kept stock, some weren't. It has been in my family for 42 years. All metal, no fiberglass replacement parts ! Features a very strong, never rebuilt Pontiac 400 engine with only 62,000 miles on it ! It has an aluminum hi-rise intake with a 4 barrel Holley carburetor. It is an automatic with a B & M floor Shifter. Electronic ignition recently added, starts & runs great & has the original keys ! Cab doors can be locked ! The paint is Imron & is hard as nails ! It buffs to a perfect shine, it is dusty from being in the garage, not faded ! The rear fender needs touched up. Dad accidentally sprayed brake cleaner on it & I have paint from the original can & believecit is still good. Full pine floor in the bed along with a plastic fuel tank, moving it from behind the seat. It also features an older Lincoln car rearend & has the original steering wheel & air conditioning was added later I suppose, the compressor does come with it but was removed at some point. This was my Dads truck so I don't know the details on that. It has old school vintage Fenton mags with nearly new Firestone Indy 500 tires ! The original radio is tube type and has to "warm up" but works. Has the original long Aaoogghhaa horn also. The brake pedal is soft, but updating to disc brakes would be the way to go.
