This auction is for a 1970 Ford F250 long box stepside 2 wheel drive.( 7500 gvw) 360 V-8 2bbl 3spd manual on the column. 63,114 original miles. This was sold new to a motel owner in Tufftonboro Nh for use around the property. A good friend of mine purchased it quite a few years ago after the motel was sold. He was going to use it as a shop truck but that never materalized . He spent some money doing new master brake cyl, heel cyl, rake lines and shoes. He then installed a new clutch, ressure plate and throwout bearring had the fly wheel turned etc. He then bought a new starter and solonoid new carb, nd new dual exhaust system that just stops behind the cab. The truck runs and performs great. It has a slideing rear window. original factory rubber floor mat, hrome front and rear bumpers, s you can see the paint has dulled down to a cool patena which he was going to leave that way. The body is reasonably solid but does have a little bit of rust through on both cab corners, ottom of both rear box fenders, nd a couple of little spots here and there, ouldn't take much to clean it up. I did notice when we started it up that there was a little exhaust leak at a hair line crack on one of the manifolds, e have a good one to replace that with that will be included. We have some old paper work when the original owners purchased it and we have the factory build sheet. Just a neat old truck to cruise around in .
