1969 Ford Bronco Additional Info:

1969 Ford Bronco with newly installed 5.0 HO engine 8300 miles ago. Holly Sniper fuel injected. Hurst shifter, 3 speed manual on the floor. Hydraulic brake booster and power steering. 3.5” lift, Dana 44 front axle with disc brake conversion, 9” rear axle with drums. BFG 32” tires with lots of tread remaining. Custom two-tone seats. Hardtop and roll bar with custom bumpers front and rear. Frame off restoration in 2005 featured in "Bronco Driver Magazine" May/June 06 issue, Operation Baghdad Bronco. I purchased the truck from a dealer in Nashville in Aug 2015. Since then I have installed a Blueprint long block with new hoses and belts, new alternator, radiator flushed and painted, Holly Sniper kit, new fuel tank, filler neck, all new fuel lines, new Pertronix distributor and coil, front and rear drive shafts professionally rebuilt, new front wheel bearings, installed coolant overflow bottle, roll over protected fuel tank vent. Body is solid with good floor pans, door jams, pillars, and tailgate. Awesome interior with only minor scratches. Owned and maintained by a professional aircraft mechanic. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE TRUCK: Previous owner had off -roaded the truck so it has some small issues with the paint as documented in the pictures. Slight door alignment issues. Small leak from weep hole on hydraulic booster. Oil leaking from rear main. Small leak on transfer case cover. Engine compartment needs repainting. Some spray-on liner peeling inside cab. Truck is strong and reaches 80 mph with ease. It is 49 years old and the suspension is hard so it has all the rattles and noise you’d expect in a truck of this age. I have babied the truck as a weekend cruiser with no snow driving, trail riding, and only limited exposure to rain. It’s not a show truck but could easily be improved to perfect. Always gets lots of attention (to the point of annoyance in fact). I’m only selling due to the fact that I’m downsizing to an apartment and will have no garage to keep him protected in. Auction also includes all the Bronco parts I have: -The old 5.0 HO I removed which has bad head gaskets and was operated with too large a carb for some time, mileage unknown. -Holly 670 Truck Avenger carb -HEI distributor -Old fuel tank and filler neck -Bikini top -Hy-Lyft Jack -Bronco Driver issue detailing the build
