1967 Ford F-100 Additional Info:
1967 F100 Short bed. 390. 3 spd. I bought this truck to work on with my daughter but she has decided to follow her dream and pursue an acting career. Staying in LA and such on a regular basis is not cheap. She has decided to sell some of the stuff we had to keep going. It hurts my feelings a bit but I am glad she is going after what she wants. Please see my other listing for a 1985 Short box square body Chevy. When I got this truck I was told it is a 390 police interceptor that has had a lot of work done to it. It has two 4 barrels. Headers and dual exhaust. It runs out good but still has wish bone suspension and drum brakes. All of that stuff is new and in good shape but is what it is. We had plans to do the Crown Vic suspension swap but never got around to it. It needs mirrors, floor covering, and a headliner. (All of that stuff on Ebay is under $500 depending what you go with) Speedometer and some of the gauges do not work. The guy who had it, took the frame down to the metal and painted and cleaned everything. He did a nice job. Paint is not perfect but it does look good. No radio or air condition. Not a huge fan of the little steering wheel either. The tires need replaced. The wheels are 17 inch pro comp. We didnt replace because we planned to change the bolt pattern with the crown vic swap. We have only drove about 500 miles in total and all of that was local. I would plan to tow it if you were going far. The title has to be filled out to buyer, I will not sign and just hand someone the title. $250 Good Faith deposit due withing 48 hours of auction end. Balance due within 7 days. Paypal, cash or bank transfer only. No certified checks, I received a bad one from someone recently. Truck can stay here for a while if paid for. Transporting available on east coast after holidays for $2.50 per loaded miles. The wining bidder gets the truck and not a chance to come see it. I would encourage someone to come see it before bidding. Its a nice truck for the age. Good Luck. Let me know if any questions. Thanks, Ron.
