This truck has been a work in progress for several years with no expense spared along the way. If you like Old Ford Trucks, this one is absolutely BADASS.
The truck’s engine, trans, rear and radiator are brand new with approximately 100-125 ish miles (max) on it. The engine was built complete, tuned and dyno tested by Roush Industries, signed by Jack Roush personally then delivered to my house in a wood crate. The transmission was gutted and completely remanufactured by Performance Automatic with more reliable high horse power/quality parts then dyno tested. While this truck drives great and wins big shows currently (was best in show @ a 1000 car show). It still could use some love if you want that 100 point six figure Barret Jackson truck. What does it need? Well, I think it deserves a full disc brake upgrade, it has a small, leak in the mustang II rack, and it deserves some awesome custom built long tube headers. Additionally, the under dash wiring could be done cleaner. These are things that could be done to make it even better but it's a show winner and great driver as is now.
To save everyone a bunch of time, this is not a sacrifice sale and I don’t need help selling the truck. I really don’t mind if it doesn’t sell however, if someone is willing to pay me for the parts, time, energy and effort I have in this truck, I’ll help you load it on the hauler. I’m listing it because I have other projects going, need the room and just haven’t been driving it. It’s sitting on a lift in my garage and the potential buyer is more than welcome to an onsite inspection. Clean Virginia title in hand.
IMPORTANT CONSIDERATION: While this truck has many brand new high quality parts, IT IS NOT A NEW TRUCK so understand that going in. It is an OLD Hot Rod that will need on going care. This truck should only be considered by a true enthusiast with some mechanical skills, a shop looking to flip it or someone with a great shop relationship and enough budget to do things right. Honestly, that concept applies to most built Hot Rods and Muscle Cars. For many of us that's where the fun is. I want whoever buys my truck to have a complete understanding of what you're getting yourself into; no surprises and full disclosure.
