Only buy this car if you love attention. We have built some unique SEMA cars in the past, ut this one by far draws the biggest crowd and is the most fun at an event.
This 1967 Ford Fairlane was built to promote Gulf Oil and Morgan's & Phillip's brands in 2013 at the SEMA show and again at SEMA 2015. The car was featured in the Car Crazy Booth at SEMA and was part of the Car Crazy TV showcase, he car was also featured at Gulf Oil's national convention and again at SEMA 2015.
Found in a backyard in Southern, alifornia the car was painted by award winning hot rod shop Bare Bones Kustoms in Huston Texas, ith a custom interior by TMI Products, eaturing custom sports bucket seats, ustom steering wheel and shifter, he dash also features Dakota Digital custom gauges. The entire car was rebuilt from the ground up, ncluding rebuilt suspension, uned by Eibach Suspension, ebuilt FE Big Block 4V (390 stroked), rand new Tremec TKO600 5 speed manual transmission, ustom driveshaft from Inland Driveline, our wheel disc brakes by SSBC, ith a Master Power master cylinder, ustom painted 17" Crager wheels are wrapped in Falken tires. Custom Doug's Headers flow into a full flow master dual exhaust. Le Mans series valve covers and Cobra air cleaner dress the engine. A oversized Champion Cooling Systems Radiator was installed as well as a remote oil filter and front mounted cooler.
The exterior features a Crites Performance Fiberglass hood, umpers, nd a relocated Cobra Style fuel filler on the rear drivers quarter panel. All trim was deleted and GT350/500 Bullet mirrors painted to match were installed. The car featured a three color paint job by Bare Bones Kustoms, ith decals on the hood and door number.
This car will need some fine tuning, s it has only been driven a few hundred miles and needs a little more time in shake down. Details like the heater (new core and seal kit installed already) and other minor details will need to be sorted out if the intent is to make it a daily driver.
This car has been featured in Popular Hot Rodding, ot Rod Magazine (Online), -Car Magazine Japan, ustangs & Fast Fords, ibach promotional video, alken Tire promotions, nd has won several awards at car shows in Southern California. We were invited to bring the car back to SEMA 2015 again where it was a big it.
The car is currently registered, rivable, nd comes with a clean title. Again this is a custom car and will need some fine tuning to be a daily driver. This is a show car and is sold AS/IS.
