1992 Ford Mustang GT. The car has been completely stripped down to bare metal, weight saving parts and all sound deadening removed for racing and modified with brand new aftermarket components and repainted (Will need paint touch-up all over or another coat of paint depending on what your plans are for it, lots of small chips from working on it, etc). This a very light chassis ready for road racing with looks of a street sleeper. Rear and front fenders were widened and rolled to accept SN95 331 Rear and 275 Front wheels/tires (03 Cobra wheels pictured on the car will fit perfectly; these are not included in this sale, the car will come on four SN95 spare wheels pictured). The car needs a power-train and control system of your choice; outside of that it should be ready to drive. The internal upholstery has been very minimized for racing; only what you see in pictures is included. No seats; welded in brackets ready for most kind of race seats (Spacers pictured were prepared for Kirky seats). The electronics included are limited to original cluster (showing less than 100K original miles) and wiring which has been stripped down to bare minimum. The windshield has a crack in it so will need replacing.
The car chassis will be sold as-is for racing use only bill of sale, however with clean title transfer so if you wish to finish the built with all safety features and drive it on the street you can simply register it. I owned this car since new.
Below are most of the parts installed and actual or approximate prices paid [Over $10K in parts alone, and whole lot of time and sweat to install $Free:) ]. My goal was to put a supercharged race engine and finish this setup, but unfortunately after long time to decide I will not be finishing the setup I’m letting go of my first mustang. If I was to finish this setup, I would most likely throw in newer modular engine and electronics, although there are so many easy swaps out there these days.
