1971 Ford F-250 Additional Info:
This truck is fresh from the Texas farm fields! As you can see from the pictures and video this truck is ready for a restoration or turned into a rat rod. The previous owner had dropped a 351 into the truck but never finished hooking the engine up. Things like the starter, arb, nd drive shaft were never installed. One of those projects that just never got finished. Many of the parts you would need to get this truck running are included (see pictures) plus an extra 2 rims. I do know that the alternator and the keys are missing. The brakes don't work but the truck rolls fairly easily for you to load onto a trailer. There is also a spare 351W engine in the bed of the pickup that you can have for an additional $200. There are a couple small rust holes on the driver's side and in the bed and you will need to weld in new floors but otherwise the truck is very solid especially the frame and suspension components. Plus there only appears to be light surface rust on the bottom of the doors. The previous owner could not find the title (he only had a photocopy) so I requested a new title from the Texas DMV. The Texas DMV website says the title should take 10 business days to receive and they cashed my check on 2/10. I don't know much about trucks from this era but I glad to help if I can. Hopefully the pictures and video should help you out otherwise I'm located 1 mile outside of Austin,Texas if you would like to take a look in person before bidding.
