1967 Ford Mustang Coupe Additional Info:
This 1967 Ford Mustang is more than just a hallmark classic offered for a terrific price. With an A/C interior, kickin' stereo, and plenty of other upgrades, you're looking at a true standout machine. This coupe started out as a more sedate turquoise, but they upgraded it later in life to a more modern and deep Ford color called Wedgewood Blue. In fact, this modern makeover also included a set of 17-inch alloys borrowed from a more modern Mustang. The result is quite a distinctive car that still retains its classic silhouette. And while this example is not perfect, the completeness of the trim, badging, and chrome bumpers means this will always remind you of all the best a first-generation Mustang has to offer. Inside is the ideal mix of classic appearance and upgrades. For example, the bucket seats have the classic low-back style, but now they have been re-covered with a comfortable cloth insert. And the large gauges and steering wheel reflect the new features of the '67 Mustang. But as you look at the other features, you're going to find pieces that look correct but have terrific upgrades. The air conditioning unit looks like the factory piece, but now it's blowing cold with modern R134a for easy servicing. Plus, the knob-style radio has a great retro appearance, but it's really a modern AM/FM digital tuner with an aux input for your modern music players. And this is your gateway to a full subwoofer stereo system â€" because after all, a classic Mustang deserves the best in cruising tunes. Ford's 289 cubic-inch V8 is an ideal motor for power and strength. It looks nice in the engine bay with the polished valve covers and matching air topper. This V8 inhales deeper with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, and the headers let the dual exhaust exhale with a nice tone. The motor fires up nicely, and when combined with the three-speed automatic transmission and power brakes, it's a fine cruising classic. The right features and the right price make for truly the right car. So don't let this classic Mustang slip away, call today!!!
