1983 Ford E-150 Club Wagon 4x4 camper conversion ready for van life adventures!
The interior is ready to camp or live in! The interior is fully insulated...all walls and ceiling with reflectex, 1" foam board, spray foam, and poly insulation so it stays warm in winter and cool in the summer heat. Van will also come with a set of custom reflectex window panels that velcro in to each window as well as a set of custom magnetic curtains so you can block out the sun or retain the interior heat depending on the season while also totally blacking out the interior. There is a Fantastic roof vent in the rear above the bed which is nice at night to draw fresh air...I will also include a small USB fan that provides great airflow from front to back keeping the van cool on summer nights. The ceiling is well insulated and covered with beautiful and aromatic cedar planks. The flooring is laminate throughout, laid up on insulation and plywood. The interior features a dual bench set up with table that converts into a very large sized bed with plenty of room to get comfortable...enough room to sleep 3 people with an overall length of 6'6". The bed cushions are 6" memory foam with an eggshell topper and are super comfortable. The design allows for tons of storage under each bench.
The van is equipped with an 120ah deep cycle marine auxiliary battery to power all interior lights (6), dual USB outlets, and a 12V cigarette socket. The aux battery is equipped with a battery isolator so it allows the alternator to charge the battery but won't allow the accessories to drain the starting battery. The isolator also has a feature to use the house battery to jumpstart yourself if the main battery is dead. I have dry camped in the van for over a week without starting the engine to run the alternator and never even come close to draining the aux battery using all house lights, USB ports, and 12V socket to charge computers all while constantly running two fans. This setup is amazing and you don't have to mess with solar! PLENTY of room to build a kitchen setup if that's what you're into and more than enough power to run an electric Dometic fridge/freezer!
Super roof rack that runs the length of the van, bullet lined for excellent grip and long lasting coverage. Ladder on rear to access roof. Van comes with a large locking rooftop cargo box with tons of storage space, brand new 10 gallon solar heated and pressurized road shower (comes with all accessories...hoses and sprayer nozzle, shower head, extra mounting brackets, water jug for filling, and locking strap), like new 8'x8' ARB 2500 awning for easy shade when camping (with locks), and a Front Runner double jerry can holder with two Wavian 20L jerry cans (with locks) for extra fuel for long overland adventures.

It has a Dana 60 rear axle and HD-44 front axle with manual locking differential, a rebuilt C-6 transmission with Derale remote mount trans cooler, and an NP205 transfer case also rebuilt at same time as transmission. The engine is a 351M, V8 5.8L with new Holley carb...runs strong with plenty of power. Carburetor has been recently tuned. New 17" wheels and 35" BFG KO2's with matching full size spare wheel and tire. New Bilstein shocks on all four corners.
New front drive shaft, steering stabilizer, spark plug wires, spark plugs, power steering pump, power steering gear box, alternator, radiator, thermostat, starter, fuel pump, insulated gas lines to prevent vapor-lock at high elevation, new radiator fans and relays (set up on auxiliary switches), emergency brake cables, turn signal switch, headlight switch, neutral ignition switch, windshield, wiper blades, fresh oil change, and front wheel bearings have recently been repacked. All receipts for these upgrades will be included with the van.
The van will come with all curtains, floor mats, window panels, rug, fire extinguisher, all spare van parts/electrical spares/fluids/tow gear/hitch mounted D-ring with locking pin, jack/tire iron, and two awesome seat covers with molle organizer pockets, as well as a ton of other goodies!
