ford GT40 Kellison fiberglass body on a 1962 VW pan with VW motor

1969 Ford Ford GT Kellison Additional Info:

This kit is far from finished. Even as it sets it turns a lot of heads. It is an awesome replica of the iconic Ford GT. I believe it is a 1969. The 1962 VW title shows 69,000 miles however the odometer was replaced and shows 0000 miles. The last time the motor ran it ran just fine. Never a problem to start and always ran smoothly. Having said that, it has been setting in the barn for a number of years. The floors still appear to be solid. It was painted but the paint is flaking. The fiberglass is in very good condition, I see no cracks or breaks. I have no glass. I believe the windshield would be from a 1963 chevy corvair. I looked it up a few years ago and they were readily available at that time. I do have the head light covers. There are fiberglass shell seats. No interior, no wiring, This will make a great fall and winter project. You can make it your own with your preferred interior, paint color, and accessories. This is your chance to own a sports car replicating that of the famous Ford GT 40 with it's price tag of upwards of $380,000.00 and higher at a fraction of the cost. Good Luck!
