For sale is my "A" Hiboy Roadster. Built on a '31 frame with Pete & Jake's front end, '32 K member, '37 Ford 3 speed with Zephyr gears and a '40 rear end (w/faux bolt-on quick change). Juice brakes all around with 1955 Buick n.o.s. finned drums on the front. The engine is a 1946 Ford flathead with Mercury 4" crank and 3/4 race cam. It is fired by a Pertronix crab distributor. The block has been vat dipped, pressure washed, magnifluxed, surfaced, ported & polished and bored .030". On the outside are Offenhauser heads and intake manifold with 2 Stromberg 97's. A Walker H/D radiator cools the engine. The body is a vintage all steel Brookeville, smooth cowl, '32 dash and steel floors. Radiator shell is also vintage steel Brookeville. The model T fuel tank & & 12 V Optima Gel battery are located in the trunk. The windshield has been chopped 2" and the posts leaned back 17 degrees. The steering box is 1956 F-100 & the wheel is true '37 Banjo. The tires are B.F.G. bias ply littles and bigs. Also included are a true set of drag slicks mounted on the same rims as the four on the car. Lastly, all the wiring & mechanical hookups are mounted behind an original set of Stuart Warner ( & Sun Tach ) gauges on a wooden board that folds down.
