1972 FORD THUNDERBIRD
The car is fully functional! The past eight months I have been traveling, putting on 12,000 miles while touring across the United States. Visiting cities between San Francisco California, Las Vegas Nevada, Tennessee, Florida and now Wisconsin (Summer only) . I did not hesitate to drive it anywhere. The car was originally purchased from a FORD dealer in Scotts Bluff Nebraska, I am the second owner. I have the full history on it after it left the dealer for the first time.
The car has recently undergone a complete drive train suspension rebuild and steering alignment. All fluids changed, and cooling system flushed. All accessories operate correctly, including the air conditioning. The engine and transmission were removed all gaskets and seals were replaced except for head gaskets. The frost plugs were removed from the engine block and the cooling passages were flushed out. The transmission was completely rebuilt.
Two thermostat controlled electric fans were mounted to the front of the radiator. Also, an aftermarket coolant recovery bottle was added to the car.
