1970 Ford F-100 SPORT CUSTOM Additional Info:
UP FOR AUCTION : 1970 FORD F100 SPORT CUSTOM PICKUP IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. THIS PICKUP HAS A STRONG RUNNING 302 V-8 MOTOR BOLTED TO A STOUT 4-SPEED TRANSMISSION. IT RUNS GREAT, AND DOES NOT APPEAR TO HAVE ANY ISSUES. I WOULD CALL THE TRUCK A NICE CRUISER, AND A PERFECT CANDIDATE FOR RESTORATION. THE PAINT IS ORIGINAL, AS WELL AS ALL BODY PANELS. IT IS HARD TO FIND ONE AS STRAIGHT AND UNMOLESTED AS THIS FORD. ALL THE GAUGES WORK, LIGHTS. THE ONLY THING NOT WORKING IS THE TURN SIGNAL CANCEL. MY INTENTION WAS TO KEEP IT, AND RESTORE IT MYSELF. BUT I RECENTLY LOST MY JOB AND NEED TO PASS THIS SWEET RIDE TO SOMEONE WHO CAN TAKE CARE OF IT, AND HOPEFULLY RESTORE IT TO ITS FORMER GLORY. THERE IS SOME RUST IN THE USUAL PLACES (AS SEEN IN THE PHOTOS). BUT, ALL IN ALL, A VERY RESPECTABLE CLASSIC. THE GLASS IS EXCELLENT, AND THE TIRES ARE IN GOOD SHAPE. IT RUNS AND DRIVES, AND STOPS QUITE WELL. HAVING BEEN SITTING FOR A WHILE, I WOULD RECOMMEND A THOROUGH INSPECTION BEFORE A LONG DRIVE. A TRUE FORD CLASSIC FROM WYOMING.... I WANT TO HAVE A SMOOTH TRANSACTION, AND WILL DO MY BEST TO PAINT A CLEAR PICTURE FOR THE BUYER AS I WOULD WANT DONE FOR ME. PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. I WILL TRY TO RESPOND AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. MY GOAL IS TO HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR THE BUYER AND MYSELF. GOOD LUCK!!

Upon further inspection, I have discovered a leak in power steering pump (seepage). I will try to remedy this before auction's end. There appears to be a leak in the power valve on the carb. I have a kit ordered which I will install before the auction ends as well,
