True 1975 Ford Highboy frame off restored from the Alcoa wheels and four brand new tires and new shocks to the rear backup camera mirror. Completely undercoated with new body and bed mounts and Magnaflow dual exhaust. Exhaust was originally run to come out at back tire but now goes all the way out the back. Exhaust has fender well headers with 3-inch collectors. Truck has all new body panels on the box including the original side tool box. Box is Rhino lined to match the interior color which has new carpet, paint, dash pad and headliner. Custom stereo system with subwoofers and amp mounted behind the seat where the original fuel tank was removed and replaced with a custom Aero fuel tank mounted between the frame rails in the back.
New rear bumper, tailgate and Hardware, backup camera, custom steering wheel, front bumper and grill and the original stainless steel Ford towing mirrors. Front and rear glass are new with new door and window seals all around. Also installed were key fob door locks.
It was originally a 360 motor truck but was converted with an mildly built 460 with Dove heads. Motor was originally built specifically for towing with low end torque. Truck and transmission since reassembly has approximately 500 miles on it and the engine has approximately 10,000 miles on it.
The truck is 95% done, the only things left to do are install all of the supplied Factory air conditioning parts, touch up paint around a couple spots of the interior door panels and one door panel has a chip in it.
The paint is a single stage paint with painted stripes along the bottom the same color as the interior.
This was not built as a show truck but to be a great dependable daily driver.
