It benefits from a recently rebuilt 221 ci. in V8 flathead now 239 cu in after machine work. The transmission has also been gone through along with a new clutch, very few miles since completion. This Ford runs very nice and quiet, good oil pressure and no temperature problems. The speedometer, gauges and lighting all work. Starts right up every time and drives great. Many dollars have been spent recently to keep this 81C in top condition. It has a neat old record book dating back to the 60s that shows it has been loved.Exterior The exterior is very solid and clean. You can tell from the condition it has lived a sheltered life and well cared for. All the glass is good, crack free and clear. This vehicle is not beat up with dents as found on many old pickups.
