The (super reliable) 4.9 lt in-line-6 engine starts right up, runs extremely well and does exactly whats it's supposed to do. It has substantial power! The transmission shifts on the mark andit is a pleasure to drive. The brakes feel superb! The 4x4 engages properly. The (power) steering is agile and the suspension is firm and tight. The entire drive-train is solid. There are no apparent leaks, smoke, overheating or strange noises. All fluids are at the proper levels. The mechanical, electrical and climate control systems all operated properly when tested. The air conditioning blows strong cold air, really nice! The heater core has been bypassed.
Cosmetically truck looks amazing! 100% rust free (body-chassis-frame) without a single blister, bubble, spec of rust or rust repair, ever......
The paint is largely original and is in very impressive condition. There are minimal nicks, chips, dings, scrapes, scratches, hazing, patina, touch up's, etc.....the truck is 32 years old and probably has fewer imperfections than a 10 year old vehicle. The body is arrow straight and we could not find a notable dent. There is a small ding on the aluminiumtailgate panelThe overall appearance is outstanding, crisp and very clean......All of the trim and moldings are complete and also in nice condition.

*All glass is in good original condition
*The engine compartment is clean without any excessive residues. All hoses, belts and accessories are well sorted. The factory stickers, labels and markings are still in tact.
The interior is in great shape! Superb bench seat/upholstery, nice carpeting, near perfect dash (see pic of speaker grille) nice door panels, faux wood, instrumentation and console. The headliner is fair and should be replaced if you want perfection (slightly droopy with minor imperfections). Nice and un-worn original leather wrapped steering wheel.
This lovely Ford truck is turn key and ready to be enjoyed now! It is truly an awesome truck!
