This is a 1982 Ford Fairmont Futura 4 Door Sedan. I inherited it as part of an estate. I used it as a daily driver for a couple of years, until I heard a vacuum leak. The air rail that runs from the air pump to the manifold had broken away. I was going to "de-smog" it, and put it back to a pre-emissions configuration. I got started, took some parts and hoses off,but other priorities got in the way, and it has now been sitting for 2 years.

So.......the buyer can put it back to stock form, finish what I started, or make a real sleeper out of it. Nearly all the drivetrain and suspension on a Fairmont are interchangeable with a Mustang of the same period, so this could be a great project as a street rod or whatever.

Everything worked on it when it was parked. No signs of rust. The paint is good, interior is good, but some staining on the seats. I replaced brakes, shocks, rotors, tie rods, etc. on it during the time I was driving it.

There is a clear Virginia title. Odometer shows 64392 miles. Title says it is not actual mileage. (Probably should be 164392).
